The SegurCaixa Holding Group

The Group, which was founded in order to offer the best service to the insurance sector in Spain, comprises the companies VidaCaixa, SegurCaixa and AgenCaixa, and forms part of the Criteria CaixaCorp Investment Group.

Organizational SegurCaixa Holding Group, comprising the VidaCaixa, and AgenCaixa SegurCaixa. The group belongs to SegurCaixa Holding Criteria Caixa, which has 100% of the shareholders of Holding SegurCaixa and 20% of the VidaCaixa. SegurCaixa Holding controls 80% of VidaCaixa, 99% of AgenCaixa and 100% of SegurCaixa. VidaCaixa SegurCaixa control and 0.5% each of AgenCaixa.
