Sustainability Risk Integration Policy
Sustainability Risk in investment management is defined as an environmental, social or governance (ESG) event or condition which, if it occurs, could have a material detrimental impact on the value of an investment.
The purpose of this policy is to set forth the principles and premises that govern integration of sustainability risks into management. In this context, the policy will include the following:
- A frame of reference to enable integration of sustainability risks into investment portfolio management.
- Definition of the perimeter of the sustainability risks to be covered.
- The governance framework to be implemented for integration of sustainability into investment management in order to achieve a proper integration of sustainability risks.
