For what purpose do we process your personal data?
We inform you that we process your personal data for the purpose of managing and controlling access to VidaCaixa's facilities in order to guarantee the security of people, goods and facilities.
How long will we keep your data?
The data associated with the visits are deleted after thirty days of collection and the rest of the personal data processed in the context of access control are deleted after one year.
Will VidaCaixa be able to make automated decisions about your data?
No, we inform you that, in order to carry out the processing for the purposes indicated above, VidaCaixa will not make any type of automated decision.
What is the basis that will justify the processing of your personal data?
Your personal data will be processed for the purposes detailed above and based on compliance with a legal obligation in order to adopt the necessary security measures for the protection of people and property.
Will we communicate your data to other recipients?
Your personal data will not be communicated to third parties, except in the following cases:
- to competent authorities and bodies, courts, tribunals or any other third party entitled in accordance with the applicable regulations.
- to other companies that provide access management and control services or physical security of VidaCaixa's facilities, which may have access to and/or process personal data in their capacity as data processors.
International transfers to countries outside the EEA are not carried out.
What rights do you have in relation to the processing of your data?
We inform you that you have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not VidaCaixa is processing personal data concerning you. You also have the right to:
- access to their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request their deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
- In certain circumstances, you may request the restriction of the processing of your data, in which case we will only keep it for the exercise or defense of claims.
- In certain circumstances and for reasons related to your particular situation, you may object to the processing of your data. VidaCaixa will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims.
The owner of the personal data may exercise their rights, in accordance with current regulations, through the following channel:
- The exercise of rights carried out by a data subject must be specifically addressed to the email "[email protected]", indicating in the subject or reference: "VISITOR Data Protection Right".
Given the specific nature of this information, if a generic request to exercise rights is submitted to VidaCaixa, this information will not be reflected in the usual consultation systems.
You can also direct complaints arising from the processing of your personal data to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
