The Enquiries Channel is a means of communication that we place at your disposal in order to express specific doubts arising from the application or interpretation of the Code of Ethics and Business Principles and the rest of the VidaCaixa Codes of Conduct. This channel is essential for compliance with these regulations and, as such, plays an active part in the continuous improvement of VidaCaixa.

This Channel has a series of guarantees which include confidentiality in the management of the process and the establishment of the appropriate IT systems to guarantee the automatic deletion of access to the Enquiries Channel. Consultations cannot be anonymous.
Remember that you can access the Whistleblowing Channel 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and from a corporate or personal device. In addition, the Channel platform allows you to present your complaints in Spanish, Catalan, English and Portuguese.
