VidaCaixa wants its website to be accessible to everyone.
Accessible content:
We work to meet the web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.2, level AA) established by
the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
Our website compliance with WCAG 2.2 is as follows:
- Fully compliant with the requirement to avoid content that may cause epileptic seizures.
- Fully compliant with the requirement to offer users alternative methods of data entry other than the keyboard.
- Fully compliant with the requirement that content must be readable and understandable.
- Partially compliant with the requirement to provide alternative ways of accessing audio and video content, both pre-recorded and live. For example:
- An audio track that describes and conveys the visual information in a video, such as text or graphics.

- Transcripts.

Non-accessible content:
We are working with Ilunion Accesibilidad S.A. to progressively improve the accessibility of this
website. The current areas for improvement are as follows:
- Not compliant with the requirement to provide a text alternative for all content in other formats, such as images, video or audio. This is not required for purely decorative content.
- Not compliant with the requirement for content to be compatible with assistive technologies and keyboard navigation.
