For what purpose do we process your personal data?
We inform you that we process your personal data (images) in order to guarantee the security of people, goods and facilities of VidaCaixa through the use of video surveillance systems.
How long will we keep your data?
Your data will be kept for one (1) month from the date on which the data were collected, in accordance with art. 22 of the LOPDGDD, as well as for the time necessary for the exercise and defense of claims and to comply with the corresponding legal obligations.
Will VidaCaixa be able to make automated decisions about your data?
No, we inform you that, in order to carry out the processing for the purposes indicated above, VidaCaixa will not make any type of automated decision.
What is the basis that will justify the processing of your personal data?
Your personal data will be processed for the purposes detailed above and based on the fulfilment of a mission carried out in the prevalence of a public interest based on guaranteeing the safety of people, property and facilities of VidaCaixa through the use of video surveillance systems.
Will we disclose your data to other companies?
Your personal data will not be communicated to third parties, except in the following cases:
- to competent authorities and bodies, courts, tribunals or any other third party entitled in accordance with the applicable regulations;
- to other companies that provide security and surveillance services for VidaCaixa's facilities, which may have access to and/or process personal data in their capacity as data processors.
International transfers to countries outside the EEA are not carried out.
What rights do you have in relation to the processing of your data?
We inform you that you have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not VidaCaixa is processing personal data concerning you. You also have the right to:
- access to their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request their deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
- In certain circumstances, you may request the limitation of the processing of your data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defence of claims.
- In certain circumstances and for reasons related to your particular situation, you may object to the processing of your data. VidaCaixa will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defence of possible claims.
