Board of Directors

Having a reliable Corporate Governance allows VidaCaixa to be efficient and systematic in taking decisions so that, with transparency and clarity in assigning responsibilities, we avoid conflicts of interest and guarantee a good management. 

Integrating the Good corporate governance practices into our operations is necessary and a strategic priority to achieve a good management. VidaCaixa’s Corporate Governance Policy is aligned with CaixaBank’s and is therefore based on the Group’s corporate values.
