Information on social security plans for residents of the Basque Country
The EPSV (Voluntary Social Security Entities) are a retirement savings vehicle available to residents in the Basque Country. Their structure and operation are very similar to pension plans. However, while the latter are regulated by the Directorate-General of Insurance and Pension Funds, which depends on the Ministry of Finance, the EPSV is supervised by the Basque Government.
